Travel Resources

For patients traveling to 91ÊÓƵ from outside New York City, including from other regions or internationally, scheduling can often be coordinated to support a focused and efficient visit.

Care is individualized, and not every evaluation requires treatment on the same day. When clinically appropriate, prior imaging or records may help streamline the visit and support more informed treatment planning.

Before Traveling

Patients traveling from outside the area are encouraged to contact the office before finalizing travel plans.

When appropriate, a preliminary administrative discussion may help clarify scheduling logistics, record needs, and whether an in-person evaluation is likely to be appropriate.

When records are needed, the office will provide instructions for secure submission or review.

Coordinating Care Efficiently

When appropriate, evaluation and treatment may be coordinated to reduce the need for multiple visits. This depends on the clinical concern, available records, examination findings, insurance or payment logistics, and whether a procedure is appropriate.

Same-day procedures are not guaranteed and are only performed when clinically indicated.

Travel Logistics

Airports

Patients traveling to Midtown Manhattan commonly arrive through LaGuardia, JFK, or Newark. Travel time to the office can vary depending on time of day, weather, and traffic.

Patients are encouraged to choose the airport and ground transportation option that best supports a reliable arrival. The office can provide the practice address and general visit timing guidance, but travel arrangements should be made directly with the airline, hotel, or transportation provider.

Where to Stay

Patients staying overnight often look for hotels in Midtown East, Grand Central, Bryant Park, Murray Hill, or nearby Midtown Manhattan neighborhoods. These areas generally provide convenient access to the office, public transportation, restaurants, pharmacies, and other practical services.

91ÊÓƵ does not endorse or guarantee any specific hotel, transportation service, or travel arrangement.

If you need assistance with directions or building access, please contact the office prior to your visit.

International and Out-of-Town Patients

International and out-of-town patients may require additional planning when travel dates are limited, records need to be reviewed, or follow-up coordination is important.
